Meet Our Founders

Mohammad Javed is an entrepreneur, fundraising strategist, and business advisor with extensive experience helping startups and growth-stage companies raise capital, scale sustainably, and navigate complex business challenges.

An engineering graduate from IIEST Shibpur, Mohammad combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on entrepreneurial experience. Over the years, he has worked closely with founders, investors, and leadership teams across fundraising, growth strategy, investor outreach, financial planning, and transaction execution, helping businesses build strong foundations for long-term success.

His expertise spans equity and debt fundraising, investment readiness, business planning, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and SME/Mainboard IPO advisory. He has guided startups through every stage of their fundraising journey, from preparing investor-ready pitch decks and financial models to developing fundraising strategies and managing investor engagement.

Mohammad has worked with companies across diverse sectors, including SaaS, D2C, HealthTech, EdTech, Manufacturing, ClimateTech, Consumer Brands, Wellness, and emerging technology ventures. Throughout his career, he has supported more than 150 businesses and contributed to fundraising and strategic transactions with a cumulative value exceeding ₹2,336 crore (approximately USD 255 million).

Passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, Mohammad believes that every innovative business deserves access to the right capital, strategic guidance, and growth opportunities. His mission is to help founders transform bold ideas into scalable, investment-ready companies that create lasting impact.

Himanshu Jain is a startup ecosystem builder and a 4x founder with over a decade of experience in building and scaling businesses across B2B, retail-tech, and e-commerce.

Since starting his journey around 2012, he has worked across multiple stages of the startup lifecycle. From early ideation and bootstrapping to scaling, pivoting, and exits. He has co-founded multiple ventures, including successful exits, which has shaped his understanding of what founders actually need beyond just ideas and execution.

Through this journey, one thing became clear:
