About the Program
Advaya Plastic Circularity Innovation Launchpad is an incubation and acceleration program supporting startups working on plastic waste management and circular economy solutions in India.
The initiative is focused on enabling startups developing innovative technologies and operational models across the plastic circularity value chain from collection and segregation to recycling, reuse systems, and circular operations technologies.
The program is designed for both early-stage and early-to-growth-stage startups, helping them move from prototype or pilot stage toward deployable and scalable market solutions through incubation, mentorship, ecosystem access, and pilot support.
Advaya is a collaboration between Pernod Ricard India Foundation and Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC IIT Kanpur). The program aims to strengthen India’s plastic circularity ecosystem while supporting environmentally impactful innovations.

- Traceability & Circular Operations Technology
- Startup must be incorporated and operating in India
- Early-stage startups can be at Idea, Prototype, or MVP stage
- Early-to-growth-stage startups should demonstrate:
- Working product/prototype
- Pilots or market validation
- Customer adoption or early revenue traction
- Must have at least one full-time employee
- Must be a Private Limited Company with compliances in place
- Technology/product should demonstrate innovation or competitive advantage
- Startup must own or have rights to use the proposed technology/product
Selection Process
