HCLTech Grant Edition XII (2026)
Offered By - HCL
About the Program
HCLTech Grant Edition XII is a CSR grant program for Indian non-profit organizations (NGOs) working on transformative rural development projects. The program is designed for organizations with a proven track record of creating sustainable impact in underserved rural communities across India through initiatives in Water, Biodiversity, Health, and Education.
Implemented by HCLFoundation, the CSR arm of HCLTech, the grant recognizes organizations that have demonstrated the ability to convert impactful ideas into measurable, long-term community outcomes. Rather than funding concepts alone, the program prioritizes NGOs with established implementation capacity, governance, and community engagement.
Under Edition XII, one winning NGO in each thematic category receives ₹5 crore to implement a four-year rural development project. In addition, eight runner-up organizations receive ₹50 lakh each for collaborative two-year projects developed jointly with HCLFoundation.
The grant focuses on scalable and sustainable solutions that improve the quality of life in marginalized rural communities while strengthening India’s social development ecosystem. Applicants are evaluated on organizational capability, governance, innovation, community participation, and the long-term sustainability of the proposed intervention.
From an organization’s perspective, HCLTech Grant is most valuable for established NGOs that already have successful rural development models and are looking for large-scale funding to expand their impact. Organizations with strong implementation experience and measurable outcomes are likely to benefit the most from this opportunity.
